Before Production
Cancellation can be requested before production starts or before the preview is sent, depending on the order status.
After Approval
After the customer approves the preview and printing begins, refunds are only available for production errors from our side.
Damage or Error
If the book arrives damaged or different from the approved preview, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can help quickly.
